Study for your Vocabulary quiz NEXT TUESDAY! Click here for Longman Dictionary 2. 3 passed iReady lessons are due TOMORROW. 3. Any unfinished Independent Station work (Comprehension questions) **Scholars: I have noticed a regression of grades this week, because not all scholars are starting iReady lessons. Please do not let this pattern continue!!! If you need extra time to complete lessons during lunch because you do not have a computer at home, please let me know. DUE TODAY Independent Station from Wednesday: Group A should have completed the questions on packet page 8. Group B should have completed the questions on page 12. Standards California History Standards 7.2.2: Trace the origins of Islam and the life and teachings of Muhammad, including Islamic teachings on the connection with Judaism and Christianity. 7.2.3. Explain the significance of the Qur’an and the Sunnah as the primary sources of Islamic beliefs, practice, and law, and their influence in Muslims’ daily life. Objective: Students will be able to explain how Muhammad’s actions led to the spread of Islam by examining primary and non-primary sources. DO NOW: Read a book or study for your vocabulary quiz. STATIONS Direct: Both groups will receive Lesson 4 for History (How did Muhammad's actions lead to the spread of Islam?) Independent: Group A will read p.15-21 and complete the questions on page 12 of packet. Then, PLT. Group B will finish the History lesson and move into PLT. Comments are closed.
